Mitchell Rogers
associate

Overview
Mitchell Rogers is an Associate Attorney licensed to practice law in Texas and a native of Plano, Texas. He focuses exclusively on family law, guiding clients through some of life’s most personal and emotionally demanding transitions.
Mitchell chose family law because it is ultimately about people—not just statutes and procedures. He takes the time to listen, understand what matters most to each client, and explain the process in a clear, steady way so clients feel supported and confident at every stage. He is known for his approachable demeanor, calm presence, and ability to reduce tension in high-stress situations.
While Mitchell prioritizes solutions and stability, he is also a strong advocate in contested matters. When the other side is unreasonable—or when your children, safety, or financial future are on the line, Mitchell is prepared to take an assertive, strategic approach and push for the result his client needs.
Before law school, Mitchell worked in the healthcare industry, experience that sharpened his client-first mindset, attention to detail, and responsiveness. He earned his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law and a B.S. in Economics (minor in History) from Oklahoma State University. Mitchell is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association Family Law Section.
Outside the office, he enjoys movies and spending time walking or running in local parks—especially among trees and nature.
