Adam L. Seidel is triple Board Certified in Family Law, Criminal Law, and Criminal Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Over more than 34 years in private practice, he has represented clients in high-stakes matters where the legal issues intersect with real-world consequences for families, finances, and future stability.

Mr. Seidel has served as lead counsel in numerous trials, contested hearings, and mediations involving complex property division, spousal support, and child custody issues. He also represents clients in Collaborative Law matters, helping them pursue durable solutions through a structured process that emphasizes transparency, planning, and efficient resolution when appropriate. Regardless of the forum, his work is grounded in careful preparation, clear strategy, and straightforward guidance so clients can make informed decisions at each stage of a case.

Adam has long been active in the Dallas legal community. In 2022, he was elected Chair of the 500-member Family Law Section of the Dallas Bar Association. He has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Trial Advocacy at the SMU Dedman School of Law, where he taught effective courtroom advocacy and case presentation.

Adam is Board Certified in Family Law, Criminal Law, and Criminal Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

He has been recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer (yearly 2004–2026), including selection among the Top 100 Lawyers in Texas, and has been named one of D Magazine’s Best Lawyers in Dallas (yearly 2018–2025).
